Shop with confidence! You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you. Style Addicts will refund or exchange an item, once it has been returned and provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. 

RETURN BY MAIL

You may return the item using your preferred shipping method to our address, below. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for online purchases

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to be reflected on your account.

Exchanging items by mail

If you wish to exchange an item by mail, follow the Return by Mail procedure and contact us at info@shopstyleaddicts.com for your Exchange item. Your new item will be processed as a new order. The return and new order transactions will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed by emailing: info@shopstyleaddicts.com. Once the order is shipped, it may not be Cancelled and the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Style Addicts may cancel orders for any reason, some which may include:: The item is out of stock and will not be restocked or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
